I'm Maria, and this is my story

Hello, I'm Maria, and I'm a Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

My journey into the world of fitness began during my teenage years when I was determined to overcome my underweight concerns and achieve a healthier, more sculpted physique. However, this fixation on my appearance was short-lived, as I soon realized that simply gaining weight or altering my body shape wasn't the key to genuine happiness.

The struggle with body image persisted as I grappled with the internal conflict of whether I should strive to be "thin," "curvy," "fit," or "skinny." This constant battle led to an unhealthy relationship with food and a distorted self-image.

Over time, I came to the realization that fitness is not about conforming to labels or societal expectations. It's about feeling good, pushing one's limits, and experiencing mental and physical growth. It's not merely about sculpting a particular physique, like a perfect butt or six-pack abs

I made a promise to myself that I would empower women and men worldwide to embrace their strength and uniqueness. My mission is to help them understand that they don't have to fit into today's narrow beauty ideals and standards. Strength is the new definition of sexy, and we are getting stronger not to please anyone else but to fully enjoy life.
